it was the march 17, 1990 , A girl name Saina Nehwal was born, Who knew that she would bring such a glory to india. she was born to Dr. Harvir Singh and Usha Rani both being a former badminton state champion of Haryana state. Saina had gone through a tough training from the age of 8 yrs. the success today is the outcome of her yesterdays sacrifice and hard work. She has set an example to all women's and can be consider a true winner. She made her debut in the international badminton career at the age of 13 that is in 2003, In 2004 and 2005 she won the Asia's satellite Badminton championship, She was the first Indian women to reach the Single’s quarter finals in the Olympic badminton game(2008).
The year 2010 has been very great for Saina Nehwal as she won the super series cup of Indonesia and Singapore, At the age of 20 she received the highest sport award of India the Rajiv Gandhi khel Ratna award. And not to forgot the Gold medal which she won in the 19th Commonwealth Games , New Delhi , (2010) in the women's single badminton.
